Getting started
Dashboard features
Goals, funnels, uptime monitoring, alerts, email reports, custom dashboards and team collaboration.
Funnels
Follow multi-step conversion flows. Each step is either a page URL or a custom event — e.g. home (/), pricing (/pricing), sign-up (event signup), purchase (event purchase). The funnel shows how many visitors completed each step, the drop-off between steps and the overall conversion rate. Funnels are included from the Pro plan.
Goals
A goal is a pageview (URL pattern) or a custom event — e.g. 1,000 sign-ups: event signup, target 1000. Goals show the current count, conversion rate and a progress bar.
Uptime monitoring
Add a URL and trackd.one checks it every 5 minutes. You see uptime in percent, average response time, a status history and get notified by email, Slack or webhook on downtime. The number of monitors depends on your plan (see pricing).
Alerts
- Traffic spike — unusual increase in pageviews
- Traffic drop — sudden decrease compared to the baseline
- Uptime failure — your monitored URL does not respond
Channels: email, Slack webhook, custom webhook — configured in the project settings.
Email reports
Weekly summaries by email with pageviews, sessions, bounce rate and top pages, sent every Monday at 08:00 UTC.
Custom dashboards
Build your own layout by drag & drop from 10 widget types: stats overview, pageview chart, top lists, Web Vitals, uptime status, goals, funnels, revenue, events and heatmap. Widgets can be resized (1/2/4 columns) and reordered; changes are saved automatically.
Team collaboration
Invite team members by email in the project settings. Roles: Viewer (sees all statistics) and Admin (also manages settings). The number of users depends on your plan. Public links and embeds are covered in Sharing & embeds.
